You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to harm minors in any way.
To generate content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, or inflammatory.
To impersonate The AI Voice Generator, an employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
To generate audio that infringes upon any intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party.
To engage in conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the Service or exposes us or our users to liability.

Intellectual Property & AI Voices

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of The AI Voice Generator and its licensors. AI-generated voices, including those styled after public figures or characters, are created using algorithms and publicly available or licensed data, intended as emulations or parodies for creative and entertainment purposes.

No endorsement: The availability of a voice styled after a specific individual does not imply endorsement by that individual.
Use of Generated Audio: Subject to compliance with these Terms, you may use Generated Audio for personal, non-commercial purposes and certain limited commercial uses (e.g., social media content, non-monetized videos) where such use does not violate third-party rights. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use case is permissible.
Restrictions: You may not use Generated Audio in a way that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringing on others' rights. You may not represent Generated Audio as an official product or endorsement of any specific individual or entity.

Voice Cloning and User-Submitted Content

Our Service includes a voice cloning feature that allows you to upload an audio sample to create a custom AI voice model. By using this feature, you affirm you have all necessary rights and permissions for any voice sample you provide.

Important: By cloning a voice on our platform, you explicitly grant The AI Voice Generator, its affiliates, and all other users of the Service a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the cloned voice for leisure, creative, and non-commercial entertainment purposes within the Service. This means your cloned voice may be made available in our public library for others to use under these same terms. If you do not agree to grant this license, do not use the voice cloning feature.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The AI Voice Generator makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaims all other warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

For entertainment purposes: AI voice tools, especially those mimicking specific individuals, are provided primarily for entertainment, parody, and creative purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, authenticity, or suitability of generated voices for any specific purpose.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall The AI Voice Generator, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Responsibility for misuse: You are solely responsible for the text you provide and how you use Generated Audio. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The AI Voice Generator from any claims arising out of your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice. By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
